You superimposed the city amazingly, and I think it's funny that with the futuristic looking urban area, there is a fisherman ina dinky little boat in the foreground.

Pros:
1) The sense of balance is well achieved. It is easy to tell the difference between the foreground, middle ground and background.
2) Great use of perpective in your background

Cons:
I would have played with the curves for the sake of blending in the lighting of the fisherman with the background of the comp.
